The apartment consist of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation: Living room: large sofa, huge TV with premium YouTube and Netflix accounts, dining table and large work desk.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, work desk, bedside tables, closet, large TV with premium YouTube and Netflix accounts and a comfortable work area. The bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 freestanding single beds, can be combined into one king-size bed if required, bedside tables, large closet. Separate second bathroom with shower.
Kitchen: fully equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, microwave + oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Puerto Banús and, guests will also enjoy walking along the long promenade in both directions from the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking and partying is prohibited, accommodation with pets also prohibited.

A damage deposit is required when renting our apartment. The deposit amount is 400 Euros and is necessary to cover any potential damages to the property. The deposit will be fully refunded after an inspection of the apartment upon check-out, provided no damages are found. We appreciate your attention to maintaining the property.
